The first - Luwak coffee - is probably the most famous type of coffee known as the world's most expensive coffee. It is brewed with beans passing through the digestive system of the Asian palm musk tree (cat-like animal). It is believed that this coffee has a richer aroma and flavor due to this special formation process in the animal and the ability of musk to choose the sweetest coffee cherries. The labor-intensive production process and its scarcity in the international market cause its expensive price.
